Every application gets called, with a launch code of sysAppLaunchCmdSyncNotify. Please note that this is not a normal launch, and you probably can't launch the full fledged app (you don't have your own stack space, for example). Nevertheless, nothing prevents you from calling SysUIAppSwitch to get PalmOS to call your app when everything is done.
