When you tap on the find section, a findChr is sent by the keydonw event.
You may trap it do nothing or ask for the password.

About the reset thing. I know there is something to be done. I haven't done
it yet but you might add a routine to the startup routine that is run on the
reset and that's all. That routine may be just calling your app and don't
let the user quit the application. By the way, why is that you want to cut
the palm possibilities. It's a really waste of its utilities. This is just
curiosity.
