What do you think if I Call the DmCreateDatabaseFromImage() function in my
app, and the database I wanna create is just the image of the same app I am
running. It will probably crash, wont it?

check out DmCreateDatabaseFromImage()
you can create databases and applications (an application is really
a database of a special type remember) :))
you should be able to receive a stream of bytes using TCP/IP, and
when done call DmCreateDatabaseFromImage() quite easially.
