You are right.  I can't detect from within the list handler but I 
*can* detect that the pen tapped out-of-bounds of the list.  The
return value of LstPopupList returns list element or NULL.

Ok one more try before I give up.  Say I don't use LstPopupList.
Can I use the list attributes to Enable and Disable the list
and then use the list handler for that list to detect pen points?
