I think there have been problems with this is in earlier versions of the
OS. I see that some of my code which needed the baseline for a calculation
uses hard coded values and there is the following comment:
"Should use FntBaseLine to get this value but OS returns wrong value for
largeFont. Apparently, this is OS dependent, OS3 is supposed to work
correctly."
