Can anyone confirm or deny this statement?

"Furthermore, the Visor Palm OS 3.1 is on a ROM chip unlike Palm 3, 3x, &
Palm V's which use Flash memory. This means that the Visor Palm OS 3.1 is
not upgradeable nor are the Visors compatible with TRG's FlashPro,
FlashPack, & FlashBuilder software. "

If this is true, this would suck, especially with the new 3.3 coming out
soon.  How can Visors be "totally upgradable" and expandable forever, with
no flash?
