name an OS that is natively object oriented, and requires an OO language in
order to write to its APIs.  Taligent Pink died.

perhaps all you're trying to suggest is a C++ wrapper layer over the native
OS APIs (that's what every other OS has).  i'll assume that's what you mean,
since i don't think you could possibly be seriously suggesting that the OS
be redesigned to cater to C++ natively.

so, check out Christopher Hunt's "Teenee" library.  i believe
www.palmgear.com has a link to it.
