Auto launch of Application

Hi List,

I am new here but have a serious question:

how can I auto launch an application on power on (any of the hard
keys)
before any other application. 

This is a kind of password/security application. Programming myself, 
and don't want to use HackMaster.

Any suggestion wellcome.
