If I have a schedule of events which can be used by several hundred people what is the best way to have them update the Datebook application on their Palms? One way that I've tried is to import a datebook.dat file which I've created with the schedule of events. The Datebook PC application will allow me to import the datebook.dat file if I type the file name in although it does not list it as a recognized file type for importing. Are there drawbacks to doing it this way? I've noticed that events without a specified time are imported but are not in the same order that I entered them. Is there a better way of getting a common schedule into the datebook? Thanks. Danton Chin
