netErrNoINterfaces is error 0x120C (4620 Dec)
4626 Dec (0x1212) is netErrTimeout
netErrorClass (0x1200) + NetErrTimeout (0x12) = 0x1212
The listings in NetMgr.h are not in hex and should be converted before
adding to netErrorClass (which is defined in hex) or visa-versa.
