To all, Currently StrToLower only lower-cases 'A' through 'Z', at least on non-Japanese devices. We're planning on changing it to also lower-case high-ascii characters. I'm wondering if anybody depends on the current behavior of StrToLower. If you think that your code might have a problem if we made this change, then please email me immediately ([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
