Problems with SPT1740

Hello:

I am developing an application to work on a Symbol SPT1740. I am working on
a radio network and I have the next problem.
When I open only the radio network all works fine but when I open too the
laser scanner the system fails when the auto-off timeout espires sowing a
Fatal Exception alert. I spent a lot of hours checking if my program has a
bug but when I not open the scanner all works fine.
