FYI, this string can contain anything at all, since it is editable by the
user. Don't assume this is the username or that it starts with any
particular text.
And also FYI there might be devices which didn't include this
panel/functionality, and thus the string resource might not exist where it
does now. If it ain't documented, think twice and code defensively...
