Just follow the instructions that come with Poser. I never said anything about
having to do a local HotSync first, so I'm not sure what you're looking at that
says you do.

Subject: How to configure POSE for network sync?
I am working on a conduit and need to set up POSE to do a network sync to the
machine on which it is running. Some of the docs that I ran across say that I
need to do a local sync *first* and then I can do a network sync. I have no way
to do a local sync with POSE. Can someone please offer a set of clear steps to
set this up?
