Just a quick note on this for CodeWarrior users: Be sure to turn off the "Pool
Strings" option in the C/C++ Language panel of your target settings since the "PC
Relative Strings" option is ignored when "Pool Strings" is on. This is noted in the C
Compilers Ref on page 45.
I just got bit by this one for an application (not a hack). I was accessing a string
literal when processing a find launch code. This is another place where you don't have
access to globals.
