Did you copy and paste or duplicate? I have been burned by copy and paste
with this problem but never duplicate. I'd assume copy and paste is good
only for UI elements, not entire forms.

Subject: CW Constructor Resource Duplication Error
Hello,
Is there a syntactic limit on the number of forms Constructor
can create or handle properly? Here's what has happened to
me in Windows 98 Constructor v. 1.1.3.
The program contains 10 forms, with IDs from 1000 to 1900.
We duplicated form 1900. The new form is 2000. We changed the
name of the new form, and then we deleted several resources
from new form 2000. When we tried to save the RSRC file, we got
an error message that form 1900 (the old form) was referencing
an item number 1901 that did not exist! There were no error
messages for the new form 2000.
It seems that Constructor deleted resources from the wrong form,
or from both the old and the new forms. Has anyone else
encountered this problem? Is there a special procedure that one
must follow when duplicating a form?
Thanks!
Greg Bungo
