I am having no trouble using .r files with all patches installed. I am even
generating them from a program to create resources to define form layouts
for printing. It also looks as if you are trying to generate a 'small' icon
resource. Constructor will now do this as a multibit icon

I have added the TEXT File mapping and it
appears to be compiled but it does not
seem to be linking in to the prc file.
This is the .r file:

----and this worked fine with the unpatched version.
