Usually this means one of two things. Either no one knows the answer to

Read pages 280-282 of part 3 of the official PalmOS dev manuals. It's all
in there. Specifically, when you receive the launch code
'sysAppLaunchCmdExgAskUser', set the result field in the parameter block to
'exgAskOk'.
