Published Format for PDB files?

    Is there a standard published (or Unpublish.. I don't care!) format for
a PDB file? I would like to write a simple program on my desktop (Windows
PC) to extract the records from a PDB file from my application. I know what
my records look like, but it is surrounded with other information that the
Palm must use for it's own book keeping.

    One solution was to put an eye-cather in front of all of my records that
I could search for.. like "START_HERE RECORD <n>". There must be a better
way.
