This is what I did (on Linux; I don't know how to do this for CW, so
I've converted them to .bmp files and am sending them to you in a
separate mail):
mkdir tmp
cd tmp
pilot-xfer -f Buttons
pilot-file -V Buttons.prc > /dev/null
This creates files named Tbmp03e8.bin, etc.
