Motorola data-ready iDEN phones provide internet connectivity to Palm
devices. You can run any Palm internet application you choose and have
instant access to web sites, email, and other services. In addition, these
phones have built-in Microbrowsers so you can get information even if your
Palm is not with you.
We will be at PalmSource '99 in the Motorola booth with demonstrations and
copies of our new Software Developer's Kit for iDEN phones. The SDK enables
developers to create applications that manipulate the phone, edit internal
phone lists, receive SMS messages, and much more. The SDK is available for
Palm, Windows, and WindowsCE platforms. A full-service developer's website
will be coming soon.
