I'm worknig on an app transferring data from a device to
the palm (and then
to the PC). I had to use the File stream in order to manage
a single file up
to 100 K. I was wondering about two things...
1) how to set the backup byte of a file stream (I read
that it was possible
but I nerver saw a solution) ?
2) when I record the data coming in live from the device,
I have everything
I'm waiting for PLUS some bad characters, always the same
('DBLK and 4 kind
of spaces) approximatively every 4 K of data (I have
changed several times
all the buffers' size but with no influence on it). It
doesn't come from the
device (I have the same program for dos and I don't receive
these annoying
strings).
