Monday afternoon pre-PalmSource hike/run is on for 2:00 at Stevens Creek County Park in Cupertino. I think you'll like the location, pretty trails and potentially great views (depending on atmospheric conditions, of course). There should be no problem getting done in plenty of time to get back and shower and change for the opening reception.
