FntCharsInWidth() doc question

Hello,

The documentation for FntCharsInWidth() says, in part:

"fitWithinWidth        TRUE is the string is considered
truncated, FALSE if it isn't."

Have I misunderstood something?  My results seem to
indicate the exact opposite.
