I am doing the evaluation of selecting and developing PalmPilot. It seems
like there are a lot of development tools out there which can be used to
develop PalmPilot applications. I am wondering if there is a way I can play
with one of the development tools by downloading it without having the
PalmPilot device. That means I want to download a tool (free) with some
sorts of emulation function so that I can use the tool to write program for
a simulated device in Windows NT. The windows CE has this kind of SDK. I am
wondering if PalmOS does. Any suggestions are very appreciated.
