Palm Icon Editor

I started using CodeWarrior and I would really prefer using a different image 
editor.  I've got my own icon editor and it would be quick and easy to 
support the Palm if I knew the bitmap/icon file format details.  Could anyone 
tell me the format or point me to somewhere that can?

Also, I didn't see out how to import a bitmap/icon into CodeWarrior becaues 
the 'Constructor' only allowed 'Create' and 'Edit'.  Is this because I've got 
the trial version?
