I need some help in using the appInfoID of a database, I extract the following text from the palm programmer companion "The appInfoID is an optional field that an application can use to store application-specific information about the database. For example, it might be used to store user display preferences for a particular database." Well, that's exactly what I need to do. I need to store 8 bytes of information for each database but I don't know how to use that ID. I mean, should I set it, or is already setted when you create de DB. I do not even undertand what that localID referes to. I would apreciate anybody who can explain me how that is working. Thank you very much Ariel Barreiro
