How are you doing the radians() conversion? My calculator uses MathLib,
and it converts 209.70740 degrees to 3.6600846 radians (not 3.66002),
and tan() of that comes out 0.5705611. Similarly with your other
example. I think your problem is in converting degrees to radians, not
in MathLib's tan function.
