For sample code distributed in the SDK (but not, for example, OS source code received 
under NDA) you merely need to indicate (in an about box and/or in the souce code 
itself) that portions of your software are copyrighted by Palm Computing, Inc. You're 
basically free to [re]use and distribute as much of it as necessary, royalty-free.
