print files via IRDA

Dear Sir,

If I want to write something like PalmPrint, I suppose that I need to
understand the stuffs of IRDA and also PCL (if I only want to support
one printer only and that printer support PCL).

How difficult is this job? I have experienced in Palm Programming using
TCP/IP but no experience in IRDA and PCL. Please give me some opinions
or guidelines to do this job. Thanks!
