Horizontal scrollbar

Hi all, 
 
I tried to use a horizontal scrollbar, but it doesn't draw correctly on my 
form. 
On both sides of the scrollbar the arrows are 'down'-arrows. Did i do 
something wrong? 
I use two separated scrollbars on one form, one horizontal, one vertical, is 
that the problem?
