_Palm Programming, The Developer's Guide_, by Neil Rhodes & Julie McKeehan,
publisher is O Reilly.
_Palm Programming, The Authoritative Solution_. by Glenn Bachmann, publisher
is SAMS
Both are very good tutorial and reference for making both Palm apps and
conduits. I have used both of them in my development. There are many
distributors out there for them.
