Moving to CodeWarrior

I bought CodeWarrior 6 while I was at PalmSource.  I was just wondering if
there was a magic bullet out there than can convert my existing GCC projects
to CW6 projects. I got word of Chris Antos's "rcpalm" but I haven't explored
that yet.  Anyone have any words of wisdom before I attempt to migrate a
48kb prc?
