Yes, as a matter of fact, we do.  Perhaps if you -did- tell
developers what was going on, there wouldn't be so much
interest in ferreting the information out through the
grey channels.

The more information is hidden, especially from people
who are supposedly signed up to get it in advance, the more 
effort will be put into discovering it for themselves.

IOW: the more information is disclosed to those who are
in your developer's programs the >less< NDA violations 
should occur.  They are only occurring because people
are interested in the information and are not getting
it from the official source!
