Need help Getting Code Warrior

I've been trying to purchase Code Warrior for Palm.  Everybody on the
Metrowerks list is "out of stock, don't know when we'll have it".  I thought
I
found it at Programmers Paradise and ordered it last Friday.  Then they
called
me this morning and said it's unavaliable.  I called Palm and they said they
don't sell it anymore.

Is there a trick to getting this thing or do I just have to order it and
hope
it eventually shows up?  And is there a better place to get if from than
another?
