I thought the process was straight forward enough - and Palm didn't have
any problems with getting the document over the Pacific promptly <g>

I got an Email from Palm about a week after I sent in my form - pretty
good for international snail-mail - and was able to jump right in. The
signed document took forever to get back to me, but what do I care once
I have access, right? <G>
