Perhaps I made a mistake in snipping out that portion of the README. There
is a newer Windows IDE in R6 with a number of improvements and bug fixes. We
made a beta version of the tools available for download sometime back (I
think it's been taken off since). I can't promise that all of the behavior
problems may have been fixed but I hope the newer IDE will be more to
everybody's liking.

As far as I know, no changes have been made specifically for the Palm OS.
But do you really want the entire ANSI C++ library on the Palm OS? Or are
you talking about the C++ runtime for the Palm OS that needs to be trimmed?
