Max resources

I thought I read here recently that there is some info on the
developers database about the maximum number of resources a
database can have. But I can't find it there. Does anyone know
the exact "page"?
Basically, I wanted to know what that number is. Also, what happens
when a program tries to create more resources than the max; does DmNewResource
return 0, or just crash?
