I am seeing this in R6, but on a PIII running NT, POSE 2.1d29. Also C++.. 
It has happened a lot, to the point I feel like I can almost put my finger 
on when it is going to happen. In my particular case, it seems to be 
somehow tied to how fast I click, but that seems so trivial... so now I 
count to 3 or so (most) of the time.
