i shall assume once the API's are available one compiling with
3.5 API's shall still have compatable programs for 3.0? that is,
if non of the new features are used?
i am yet to get access to the new API's - but before making the
migration i wish to confirm that the API is backward compatable.
previously, it has been fine for OS 2.0 and OS 1.0 using OS 3.0
headers..
