Where to buy CW R6

Has anyone seen R6 for sale at an on-line software shop yet? Some used to
sell R5 for about $270, but it's not available any longer. I'd hate to think
that I'm out $100 by buying R6 at full MSRP due to waiting a little too long
to get R5 at the lower price.

Also, does anyone know what the true limitation is in using CW Lite R5? I'm
continuing to develop my app and so far it keeps on building and running OK.
Is there a code size limitation or something like that?
