Try trapping vchrFind (see chars.h) in keyDownEvents before you let
SysHandleEvent have a crack at the event.  Just handle that char and the
system shouldn't display the Find dialog.

the x y cooridinates i noticed become greater then the screen.  normally its
150x150,  but the y >150 when its tapped down there.... might help =)

on that note!  anyway to make the find tap disabled in an application?
