You don't do it at runtime; you do it by editing the 'pref' 0 resource when
you build you app.  I don't know if any of the development tools (CW, GCC)
have a "nice" way to do it.

Well, I suppose you could do it at runtime by opening your prc db and
messing with it, and relaunching yourself...
