CW6 Upgrade - Uhh... Why?

Judging from the information on the website, aside from new API materials (which are available for little or no cost from the respective OEMs), there doesn't appear to be much going on with a CW5->CW6 upgrade.

So, really, just what are we CW4->CW5 folks getting for $269?
