Linux binaries

Probably this been asked 100000000000000000 times,
but where can I find Linux development binaries?
I want the binaries to contain everything, including
cross-compilier, PilRC, Poser or xpilot, gdb for pilot,
and any other software neccessary for producing,
running, and debugging prc files.
