The uMWV error has been reported many times and can be ignored (Perhaps if
this problem is posted every couple of days someone will finally fix a very
annoying problem)

Subject: Link Warnings with multiple resource files?

I have had 2 resource files in my project for some time now, one just
a file I share with another devloper which has a handful of
specialized alerts in it, and the other which is my "main" resource
file.\

For quite a while I have been getting link warnings associated with
this along the lines of:

"Link Warning : ignored duplicate resource "uMWV' (16400) in 'FooRsc'

I attempted to track down any duplicate resoures (by number and type)
and made sure that the there was no resources of similar type sharing
a number in either file. I couldn't seem to resolve it, but it didn't
seem to affect anything so I plowed ahead.

The main file just topped 64K and it dawned on me that this was
probably a limitation within the linker or Constructor itself,
coupled with the fact I started getting frequent Ugly constructor
crashes.

I created another resource file (bringing me to a total of 3) and
copied the bulk of my "localization" type resources into it :-)

Builds and links fine, but now I have 4 errors, again I have tried to
resolve numbers, but with no luck.

"Link Warning : ignored duplicate resource "uMWV' (16400) in 'FooRsc'
(main file, with primary icon, etc)
"Link Warning : ignored duplicate resource "tver' (1000) in 'barRsc'
"Link Warning : ignored duplicate resource "tAIN' (1000) in 'barRsc'
"Link Warning : ignored duplicate resource "uMWV' (16400) in 'barRsc'

Now I assume that tver is the version number in the main file, tAIN i
believe is the icon, but there dosen't seem any way to set it to
"nothing" just "0"

Any suggestions?

Thanks
