If I put any value example "memory" in the in the #6 I want to search for field on the Knowledge base form I get the following error ------------------------ Sorry, there was an error in your search criteria. Please refer to the Knowledge Base Search Tips page for help on specifying your search criteria. ------------------------ This has been happening for two days now. I know this used to work so I just wanted to point it out. Is this working for anyone else ? Right now the only way to search the knowledge base seems to be with the other fields, as long as you do not enter anything in #6 it works. Ron
