Colour support is only available on PalmOS 3.5, and then only on hardware
that physically supports a colour display. Since there is no Palm hardware
available with colour capability (AFAIK) the only way to get colour is on
a modified version of POSE available to developers.
So no, you won't be able to use colour on a Palm V - even if 3.5 was
installed. Sorry!
