We have already several complaints from clients that HotSync fails during an installation of the file we've sent them and the Pilot crashes, usually requiring hard reset. The file is rather big (~500kB), it is the only file being uploaded and there is reasonably enough space reportedly free - about 700kB. The problem is persistent with the client that hits with it, but the majority doesn't have it. We are unable to reproduce it for now. I finally came up with the conclusion the Palm's memory is somehow fragmented and gets corrupted during Hotsync. Could that be the case and do you have similar problems?
