If you are marking a control unusable to make it go away, you must erase it
before making it unusable (and viceversa whan making it appear)

Subject: CtlEraseControl strange behaviour
Hi,
The CtlEraseControl routine exhibits a behviour I find strange. It only
erases usable controls. If the control is not usable, the routine does
nothing. Is this a bug, or the desired behaviour?
I found it strange. I want to erase the Control exactly because it is no
longer usable...
